The KAAP community
You do not make the transition alone
KAAP is the neutral place where entrepreneurs, education and government run into each other. Not on paper, but in the same hall, at the same table, around water, food and energy. There is nothing to join: whoever tests, develops or thinks along here belongs.
A good idea moves faster when you are not the only one working on it. At KAAP you work next to people pulling at the same problem from another side: an entrepreneur who wants to build it, a research group that wants to measure it, a municipality that wants to know whether it is allowed.
The community is not a member list
A student from Scalda behind the cutting machine. A research group from the HZ measuring what actually happens. An entrepreneur running a first batch in the test kitchen. Someone from the municipality of Vlissingen coming to see whether it is allowed. And Dockwize, helping the entrepreneur behind it take the next step.
Everyone here is connected to KAAP in one of three ways. Together that is what people mean by the community.
Per theme there is a network behind it
KAAP is the place where it happens. The networks are where the knowledge, the projects and the people around a theme come together. Joining them runs through the network itself.

Joining starts small
There is no membership and no contract. Most people here simply walked in once. Pick the route that fits where you are now.
