Frequently asked questions
What is included in the room rate?
Wifi, a 4K screen, flip-overs and whiteboards are included. You plug in and start; there are no extra charges for the standard equipment.
Can I book online?
Yes. Vonk and Bron show live availability and can be booked directly. The workshop space, event hall and test kitchen are tailor-made: you send a request and the reception confirms it.
What are the opening hours?
The rooms can be booked on working days between 08:30 and 17:00. Something outside those hours, like an evening event? Send a request and we will look at what is possible.
Is catering available?
Yes. Mention your wishes when booking, from coffee with a treat to a full lunch, and Brasserie PZEM.41 takes care of it.
Can I arrange my own catering?
By arrangement, yes. Let the reception know when you book, then we agree on what you bring in and what is needed for it.
Where do I park?
Parking is free right outside the door at Edisonweg 10 in Vlissingen. Report to the reception and we will show you the way.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Call the reception on 06 44 11 41 21 or mail receptie@innovatiepunt-kaap.nl and we will sort it out.
How many people fit in a room?
Bron seats up to 8 people and Vonk 18. Need more space? The workshop space and the event hall go up to 1,000 guests.
